We loved the sun, sea, and peaceful vibe right from the start. Thanks to Aitor for being so funny and caring-next year we're ... a whole month. The place had everything we needed: sunshine, comfort, safety, a great spot, quiet, plenty of hot water, amazing balconies for fresh air and rain protection, clean rooms, and breathtaking views with safe drinking water. Just steps from bus 31 that takes you downtown, Chinatown, Ruzafa, or malls, with a cheap 10-trip card from a lovely lady at the tobacco store. There's a Consum supermarket nearby and even a big Chinese store. We left our shopping trolley behind the apartment since carrying loads was easier that way. For workouts, there's Basic Fit or the beach boulevard for runs and walks. The Suma building nearby has indoor swimming and wellness facilities like jacuzzi and sauna for €15 per 90 minutes, which felt like heaven. Restaurants are around but we found downtown food cheaper and better, with tasty menus for just €13. The beds were big and comfy, the TV had lots of English movies, the oven worked great, and the BBQ stood up to our ribeye steaks and burgers. Aitor helped us from start to finish, truly a sweetheart. It was hard to leave.
